CUSTOM T-SHIRT — $18

This option is only for customers who already have a completed, print-ready design.

Your file must be:

• A clear, high-quality PNG
• Saved with a transparent background
• At least 300 DPI at the desired printing size
• Free of watermarks, blurry edges and unwanted backgrounds
• Ready to print without editing, cleanup or redesigning

Screenshots, photographs of another image, blurry graphics and files with backgrounds are not considered print-ready. If you send a blurry or low quality image or lettering, it will print as low quality.

The $18 price includes one T-shirt and printing your approved, print-ready design. If your file requires background removal, cleanup, sharpening, resizing beyond basic placement or other design work, the price will increase to $25.

All artwork will be reviewed before printing. If additional work is required, Auntie Tonya Made It will contact you before proceeding.

Because each shirt is made specifically for you, custom T-shirts are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.

Before ordering, please confirm your shirt size, color, spelling and artwork. Customers are responsible for providing the correct print-ready file and reviewing their design before it is printed.

If Auntie Tonya Made It makes an error or your shirt arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include clear photographs of the shirt and the issue. Approved claims will be corrected or replaced.

Normal wear, incorrect sizing selections, customer-supplied design errors and damage caused by improper washing or care are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
To protect your shirt and printed design:

• Wait at least 24 hours before the first wash.
• Turn the shirt inside out before washing.
• Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
• Use mild detergent.
• Do not use bleach.
• Hang dry when possible or tumble dry on low heat.
• Do not dry-clean.
• Do not iron directly over the printed design.
• If ironing is necessary, turn the shirt inside out and use low heat.

Following these instructions will help preserve the color and quality of your custom print.
ARTWORK SUBMISSION POLICY

By submitting artwork, the customer confirms that they own the design or have permission to reproduce it.

Auntie Tonya Made It does not print lewd, sexually explicit, pornographic, hateful, obscene or otherwise inappropriate designs. We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that conflicts with our business standards and values.

If an order containing unacceptable artwork has already been paid for, the order will be canceled and the appropriate refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for checking the spelling, wording, colors and overall appearance of their submitted designs. Auntie Tonya Made It is not responsible for mistakes or quality problems contained in customer-supplied files. All artwork must be reviewed and approved for print readiness before production begins.
ABOUT THE CUSTOM-ORDER PROCESS

Custom orders may require additional time, communication and planning. Every request is different, and we may need to ask questions about sizing, colors, placement, materials or other specifications to fully understand what you need.

Some requests may also require special materials or products to be purchased before production can begin. Shirt brands, colors, styles, fabric blends and other materials are subject to market availability. If the exact requested item is unavailable, a comparable option may be recommended.

Before purchasing or using a substitute item, Auntie Tonya Made It will send you a picture of the proposed product, material or style for your review. Production will begin after you approve the available option.

Please understand that the finished item may vary slightly from reference pictures or digital previews due to differences in product brands, material batches, garment styles, screen colors and printing results. We will make every reasonable effort to create a finished product that closely reflects the approved request.
